Howard 'Mike' Michael Horrell

Obituary Mike Horrell, 58, of Newport, passed away Sunday, September 2, 2018 at Carolina East Medical Center in New Bern. Mike was mason by trade. The family will celebrate his life privately. Mike is survived by his wife of six years, Patti Horrell of Newport; brother, David Horrell and wife Georgia of Beaufort; sister, Sylvia Douthit and husband Paul of New Bern; sister Peggy Horrell of Newport; Stepdaughters, Tracy Barefoot of Vale, NC; Katheryn Lomax and husband Randy of Wilmington; five step grandchildren, Chas; Ashlen; Tyler; Trinity; Jacob; and his beloved dachshund, Bam Bam.
