Obituary Aimee Theresa Eddinger, 61, of Brunswick, GA, passed away on June 26, 2018 at her fathers home in Beaufort, NC. She was born on November 7, 1956 in Beaufort County. Aimee loved to cook and loved to help people. She was a blessing while she was with us here on Earth and we are sure shes looking down watching over all the people she loved. The family will hold a Celebration of Life from 2:00pm to 4:00pm on Tuesday, July 3, 2018 at Live Oak Grove Christian Church of Beaufort with Pastor Bill Pollock officiating.
