Obituary Antwan Maurice Walker, 35, of Beaufort, passed away on Wednesday, January 27, 2021 in Beaufort. Antwan was enrolled and graduated with a high school diploma from Youth Challenge Academy at Ft. Gordon, GA. He was challenged with military type drills and training. Upon completion of the course, he worked numerous jobs at local restaurants within Carteret County. He loved sports, dancing, and was always looking for a challenge either foot racing or a game of one-on-one. He had many dreams that he would share with his family; wanting to be a forklift driver, a barber, or a truck driver. His biggest fear; Thunder and Lightning!!! A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, February 5, 2021 at Bridgeway Church in Beaufort with Rev. Annie Henry officiating. A viewing will be held the hour prior to the service. Due to Covid 19, Masks and social distancing will be required.
