Obituary Audrey Willis, 72, of Atlantic, NC passed away at her home on Sunday, December 11, 2022. Audrey was born on June 16 1950 to the late Wallace and Faye Gaskill. Starting a family and working most of her life in the medical field as a nurse Audrey had a life long passion for care to her family and patients. In her free time, being at the beach and around those she loved were her greatest desires. She was known for her dry wit, non judgmental, no nonsense, mother like love to all who knew her. She is survived by her son Martin Willis and wife Ginny; her grandchildren Mandi Willis and Bryson Willis; her daughter Tamara Willis , granddaughter Joni Gavetti and husband Brandon Gavetti, great grandchildren Joseph, Jada, and Brexton; Sister Bonnie Bruton, and niece Becky Brickhouse. Cousins Paula Lewis and Missy Lewis. She is preceded by her parents, her husband Johnnie D Willis, Aunt Patsy Lewis, cousin Jimmy Lewis, brother in law Robert Bruton, and nephew Randall Brickhouse. A small gathering with family and close friends will be held at a later date.
