Barbara Joyce Brown

Obituary Barbara Watson Brown, 71, of Beaufort , went home to her Lord and Savior Monday, February 18, 2019 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville. She was a member of Live Oak Grove Christian Church. She enjoyed playing the piano at church to glorify God and was a member of the churchs Prayer Shawl Ministry. She loved God and was a loving wife, mother, and enjoyed laughing and fellowship with all her friends. A celebration of life will be held at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 21, 2019 at Live Oak Grove Christian Church in Beaufort with Minister Bill Pollock officiating. The family will receive friends at the church the hour prior to the service. Barbara is survived by her husband of 32 years, Harry Brown Jr of the home; son, Don Carroll Willis and wife Leah of Clayton, NC; special child, Kendalyn Willis; sister, Nell Watson Moore of Jacksboro, TN; nephew, Nathan Watson; niece, Laurie Watson; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Lucy and Darrol Lee; Eddie and Sharon Brown; Burt and Kathy Brown; Jack Brown; Mary Brookman; Tina Davis and Joe Brown. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Lillie Watson; brother, Herman Steve Watson; brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-law, Sherry Watson; Charles Brown; Helena Still and David Brown.
