Obituary Bonnie Robinson Kirk Davis, 91, passed away December 23, 2021, at Carteret Health Care with her family by her side. She was born October 10, 1930, in Beaufort, NC to Callis and Ethel Robinson. Bonnie was a devout Christian and loved the Lord. She was an active member of Beaufort First Baptist Church for many years, serving as a Deacon and enjoyed singing in the choir. Her interests included family, gardening, sewing, and decorating. She made the best light rolls and chocolate pies in all the world and enjoyed cooking for others. She lost the love of her life, William Henry Kirk in 1980, but never lost faith in her abilities to care for her children and others. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, December 26, 2021 at Woodville Baptist Church with Rev. Terry D. McInnis and Rev. John Thompson officiating. A private burial will take place at Carteret Memorial Gardens of Beaufort. Bonnie is survived by her children, Janet Lynn Kirk Piper; Charles Thomas Kirk and his wife, Mary, Leslie Elizabeth Kirk Marshall and her love, Jimmy Ray Russell, and her grandchildren, Kathryn Cloniger-Kirk and Kristin Kirk. Aunt Bonnie is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, Marie Robinson Lewis, Virginia Robinson Nance, Jimmy Robinson, and by her second husband, George Davis.
