Obituary Catherine "Cathy" Parker Bennett, 56, of Newton, TX passed away Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City. She was a member of Bon Wier Baptist Church of Bon Wier, TX. She is survived by her husband, John Bennett of Newton, TX; son, John Bennett Jr. of Newton, TX; two daughters, Samantha Franks of San Antonio, TX; Miranda Parker of Washington State; son, Trevor Parker of Newport; eight grandchildren; her mother, Joanne Favia of Coats, NC; two sisters, Darlene Parker of Newport; Patty Lacasella of Montana; brother, Ernest Parker Jr. of Oregon. She is preceded in death by her father, Cecil Parker and sister, Debbie Cannon.
