Obituary Charles "Charlie" Raymond Moy, 63, of Newport, passed away October 11, 2018 at his home. He was a truck driver for most of his career. The family will celebrate his life in private. He is survived by his sons, Charles Moy and Richard Moy; daughter, Laurie Moy all of New Jersey; three grandsons; brother, William Moy; two nephews; and good friend, Dorothy Moy. He was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Edith (Delmater) Moy.
