Born on December 29, 1939 in Norfolk, VA. Charlie was a true force of

loved ones. As a devoted partner, loving parent, and cherished friend, he

touched countless lives with his unwavering love, humor, guidance, and

wisdom. His unwavering loyalty and willingness to lend a helping hand

created a sense of unity and belonging wherever he went.

Charlie's memory will forever live on in the hearts of his beloved family. He
