Clara Jane Small

Clara G. Small, 74, of Harlowe, passed away Thursday March 30, 2017 at Vidant Health Care in Greenville, NC. Mrs. Small spent her life taking care of her family and was a lifelong member of Harlowe United Methodist Church. A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00PM on Monday, April 3, 2017 at Harlowe United Methodist Church with Jefferey Sadler officiating. Burial will follow in the Harlowe United Methodist Church Cemetery. Mrs. Small is survived by two sons, Tommy E. Small of Myrtle Beach, SC; and Kevin G. Small of Harlowe; two grandchildren, Katlyn M. Small and Nicholas A. Small both of Harlowe; sister, Alice Moore of Morehead City; her husbands extended family; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Small was preceded in death by her husband of 50 years, Gene R. Small; mother, Hilda Gaskill; brothers, Will, Wilber, Frank and Lester.
