Cynthia 'Cindi' Lou Hunt

Cynthia Lou Easter Hunt, 65, of Clinton, MD, formerly of Jacksonville, NC and Charleston, WV, went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 23 at Medstar Washington Hospital Center after a brief illness. Cindi was born to William and Elsie Berhldine (Whited) Easter on June 3, 1951. She attended school at Stonewall Jackson High School in Charleston, WV. She married Orval E. Hunt, Jr. on July 17, 1971. Together they traveled to various duty stations with the US Marine Corps for over 30 years and were very involved in the churches that they attended throughout that time. Cindi later went on to earn an Associates degree in Accounting and held various positions within the Human Resources field including time with the American Red Cross, military exchanges, and Converges Corporation. Cindi is preceded in death by her loving husband, Orval Hunt, Jr. and her parents William and Berhldine Easter. Cindi is survived by her children, Mendy (Steve) Radyshewsky of Woodbridge, Va; Jack (Heather) Hunt of Accokeek, MD; Marcy (Evan) Duff of Clayton, NC, and Molly (Adam) Wald of Marquette Heights, IL; sisters Nancy Pifer of Dublin, OH, Pam Criner of Charleston, WV, and Karen Easter of Boise, ID; twelve grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. Burial will take place at Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery on Tuesday, September 27th at 12 noon. A memorial service will be held at Grace Brethren Church of Clinton, MD on Saturday, October 1st at 1 pm. Arrangements are being handled by Noe Funeral Service of Beaufort, NC.
