Cynthia Mason Thomas

Cynthia Lou Mason Thomas, age 72, passed away peacefully after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was preceded in death by her brother Ronald Earl “Ronnie” Mason Jr., her sister Olivia Joyce Mason Allen, and her father Ronald Earl Mason.

Cynthia is survived by her husband, Samuel Davis Thomas; her daughters, Julie Marie Thomas Salyards, Jenny Madora Thomas Radford [Ryan], and Jill Michelle Thomas [Thom]; grandchildren Jackson Davis Salyards, Samuel Cole Salyards, Joyce Marie Lewey, and Eloise Madora Lewey; her sister Angela Elizabeth Mason; her mother, Joyce Marie Lewis Mason; and many nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be held at First Baptist Church on Ann Street in Beaufort, NC, at 2:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, 2024, followed by a service at 3:00 p.m. Cynthia will be deeply missed by her family and friends, whose lives she touched with her kindness and grace.
