Cynthia 'Sissy' Brown

Cynthia "Sissy" Brown, 64, of Jacksonville, NC, passed away Sunday, September 3, 2017 at the Onslow House Assisted Living of Jacksonville. The family will celebrate her life privately. She is survived by her three nieces, Wendy Garner and husband, Durwood of Otway; Ginger Wellons of Bettie; Kelly Jordon and husband, Mike of Otway; nephew, Kevin Gillikin and wife, Tammie of Otway; five great nieces, Brittany Gillikin, Robyn Wilson, Hannah Garner, Ariana Wilson, and Crystal Davis; three great nephews, Jacob Cahoon, Christopher Lupton, and Dylan Jordon; special cousins, Rebecca Smith and Roland Lawrence Jr.; also surviving are several great great nieces and nephews and cousins.
