Obituary David Wesley Dement, 46, of Otway passed away Saturday, June 23, 2018 at his home. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday at Woodville Baptist Church with Rev. Terry D. McInnis officiating. Burial will follow at Woodville Church Gardens. He is survived by his mother, Debra Swain and step father, Jeffery Swain of Smyrna; three brothers, Eugene Fulford and wife, Edwina of Newport; Michael Wayne Fulford of Morehead City; Toby Lee Fulford of Otway; two nephews, Chance and Dylon Lee Fulford; niece, Tiffany Hunter; maternal grandfather, Pete Bryant of Keystone Heights, FL.
