Obituary Dean Nicholas Hardesty, 65, of Morehead City, passed away on Thursday, June 6, 2019 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House of Newport, NC. A memorial service will be held at a later date. He is survived by his daughter, Lindsay Rhodes and husband, Seth of Falling Waters, WV; three grandchildren, Ashlyn, Olivia, Joshua and one on the way; sister, Sandra Hardesty of Morehead City; brother, John Hardesty and wife, Rachel of Pine Knoll Shores; and two nephews, Davis and Matt Hardesty. He was preceded in death by his parents, John and Frances Hardesty.
