Obituary Dennis "Denny" M. Neil, 68, of Newport, NC, formerly of Chambersburg, PA passed away Friday, February 16, 2018 at Carteret Health Care in Morehead City, NC. Mr. Neil was a social member of the Marine Corps League and member of the Moose Lodge in Chambersburg, PA. The family will celebrate his life privately. Mr. Neil is survived by his wife, Carol (Armstrong) Neil of Newport, NC; son, Jason Neil of Newburg, PA; half-sister, Joyce Summers of Chambersburg, PA; stepson, Richard Truett Jr. and wife, Crystal of Fayetteville, PA; step-granddaughter, Kelsie Truett of Fayetteville, PA; step-grandsons, Colton Truett of Fayetteville, PA and Taylor Truett of Mercersburg, PA; step-great-grandsons, Aiden and Camdyn Farner both of Fayetteville, PA; and his beloved dogs, Colonel and Pippa. Mr. Neil was preceded in death by his parents, Milo and Stella (Umberhocker) Neil; half-brother, Paul Hoke; and step-grandson, Peyton Truett.
