Diedra Lewis Garner, 54, of Marshallberg, NC passed away Thursday February 9, 2017 at Carteret Health Care. A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00PM on Monday February 13, 2017 at Bridgeway Church in Beaufort, NC with Pastor Willie Murray officiating. Burial will follow at Through the Woods Cemetery in Marshallberg. Mrs. Garner is survived by her husband of nine years, TC Garner Sr. of Marshallberg; daughter, Shayna Lewis of Marshallberg; son, Tony Garner Jr. of Kinston; granddaughter, DeOnna R. Lewis of Marshallberg; grandson, Ashton Godette Garner of Beaufort; mother, Ella Lewis of Smyrna; brothers, Frank Lewis of Washington, PA; Claude Lewis; Greg Lewis; a sister, Andrea Lewis all of Smyrna; and nephews Taylor Lewis of Smyrna; and Drew Lewis of PA. Mrs. Garner was preceded in death by her father, Cicero Lewis; and nephew Frankie Lewis Jr. The family will receive friends on Sunday February 12, 2017 from 6:00PM 8:00PM at Bridgeway Church in Beaufort.
