Obituary Donna Elaine Schaefer, 66, of Newport passed away peacefully on August 1, 2018 with her husband Carl by her side. She is preceded in death by her parents Dan and Winnie Aslobrooks; two daughters, Denise and Cynthia Schaefer. Donna is survived by her husband of 45 years, Carl Schaefer of Newport; daughters, Dana Cebllos-Schaefer of New Jersey and Carla Johnson of Virginia; 13 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. Donna Schaefer was a domestic engineer living in North Carolina with her husband for the past 21 years. Her life revolved around her family. She taught us everything we know, except how to live without her.
