Frances Elizabeth Lawrence

Obituary Frances Lawrence, 67, of Otway passed away Tuesday, August 28, 2018 at Vidant Medical Center of Greenville. Mrs. Lawrence was a member of Otway Christian Church. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Otway Christian Church with Pastor Jack Mumford officiating. She is survived by her husband of 34 years, Jeffery Lawrence of Otway; daughter, Rebecca Dorsey and husband, Ron Dorsey Jr. of Wilson; step son, Jeffery Wayne Lawrence Jr. of Harkers Island; two granddaughters, Ellen and Emma Dorsey of Wilson; two step grandsons, Jacob and Joseph Lawrence of Harkers Island; brother, Willie Dudley Jr. and wife Pattie Dudley of Vanceboro. She was preceded in death by her parents, Willie and Viola Dudley; son, Jeffery Mathew Dudley; brother, Thomas Dudley. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Saturday at the Church. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Otway Christian Church, 242 Gillikin Rd., Beaufort NC 28516.
