Gail Ballou Williams, 62, of Morehead City, passed away October 3, 2017 at Carolina East Medical Center of New Bern. Gail was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother and was so precious to all to her family. The family will celebrate her life privately. She is survived by her husband, Randy Williams of Morehead City; granddaughter, Madysen Peden of Newport; parents, Bobby and Faye Ballou of Morehead City; two brothers, Bobby Ballou Jr of Morehead City; Brandon Ballou of Morehead City; sister, Candy Roche of Morehead City. She was preceded in death by her son, Justin Oglesby; daughter, Lauren Kraszenski.
