Gerald 'Duffy' Mcduffy Wade

Obituary Gerald "Duffy" Wade, 55, of Otway passed away Wednesday, April 3, 2018 at his home. Duffy was a veteran having served in the US Coast Guard. He made a living as a local driftwood artist. Duffy loved living near the water and generally just being outdoors. He appreciated nature, wildlife, and bird watching. He spent a lot of time fishing and clamming. His greatest joy was his dog Stacy who went with him everywhere. The family will celebrate his life privately. He is survived by his son, John Duffy Wade of Newport; two sisters, Elizabeth Wade Kriehn of Newport; Fredricka Wade Burns of Morehead City.
