Obituary Gloria Fulcher, 76, of Atlantic, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2018 at her home. A graveside service will be held at 2:00 PM Friday at Atlantic Community Cemetery with Pastor Keith Wall officiating. She is survived by her two sons, Philip Fulcher and David Fulcher of Atlantic. She was preceded in death by her parents, Carlton and Robena Wade; brother, Duncan Wade, and her husband, Ray Fulcher.
