Helen 'Pap' Christine Vanetten

Helen "Pap" VanEtten, 90, of Beaufort, passed away Wednesday February 22, 2017 at her home. A Graveside Service will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday February 25, 2017 at Oceanview Cemetery in Beaufort with Pastor David Bruce officiating. She is survived by her son, Robert "Bobby" VanEtten and wife, Eden of Beaufort; four daughters, Sue Rose and husband, Joe of Beaufort; Libby Yeomans and husband, Bryan of Harkers Island; Johnise Lewis of Beaufort; Debbie Pake and husband, Leslie of Bettie; ten grandchildren, Amber VanEtten, Robert VanEtten, Martin Yeomans, Beth Briley, Joseph Rose Jr., Lisa Nelson, Jennifer Yarborough, Kathryn Rosado, Cameron Lewis, and Christine Thomas; 12 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, John B. and Lettie J. (Dudley) Dixon III; two brothers, Donald and Bud Dixon; two sisters, Mildred "Moo Moo" Dunn, Joyce Newton; and son-in-law, Doug Lewis.
