Obituary Issa Andawes Batshoun, 63, of Beaufort, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2020 at Carteret Health Care in Morehead City, NC. Issa, originally from Jordan, immigrated to California as a young man, and his love for Lillie moved him to Carteret County 26yrs ago. He was a hard worker and was known as a true jack of all trades. We thank God for the rich legacy he has left us. He was greatly loved, appreciated and cherished by all that met him. He is survived by his wife, Lillie Batshoun of the home; children, Andrew Batshoun; Johnny Batshoun and Lima Batshoun all of Mississippi; step-children, Dee Morris of Beaufort; and Charmaine Morris of Havelock; sisters, Salwa Batshoun; Lora Batshoun; and Cindy Miles; brothers, Salon Batshoun, Sameer Batshoun, Sami Batshoun and James Batshoun; all of California; three grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; two uncles, two aunts and a host of nieces and nephews.
