Jessie Carlyle Sr., 60, of Beaufort, passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at the Betsy Johnson Hospital in Dunn, NC. A Celebration of Life will be held from 7:00PM to 8:00PM on Monday, August 28, 2017 at the picnic area at Ft. Macon State Park in Atlantic Beach. (The first beach access/parking upon entering the park) Casual dress requested. He is survived by his wife, Michelle Cogar of Beaufort; son, JW Carlyle Jr. of Richlands; daughter, Mary Carlyle of Hickory, NC; a grandson; two brothers, BB Carlyle of Morganton, NC; Thomas Carlyle of Richlands; and sister, Rachel Williams of Richlands.
