Karyn Sue Willis

Karyn Sue Willis, 68, of Davis, passed away on Monday, February 12, 2024, at ECU Health in Greenville.

Karyn was a lifelong member of Davis First Baptist Church. Karyn's passion for life was evident in her love for the water; she found peace and happiness in boating, embracing the waves with open arms and a spirit of adventure. Karyn's kitchen was the heart of her home, where the aromas of her cooking welcomed friends and family. Her dishes were not just meals but expressions of love, served with a generous side of laughter and warmth. Karyn's legacy is one of selfless giving, always placing the needs of others before her own, and ensuring everyone around her felt valued and cherished.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, February 24, 2024 at Davis First Baptist Church with Pastor Daniel Melton officiating. The family will receive friends from 10:00 to 11:00AM on Saturday at the church.

She is survived by her sons, Neal Willis of Davis, Joel Willis of Davis, and step-son, Craig Willis and wife, Joy of Newport; four grandchildren, Gerald, Alexis, Tyler, and Nicole; niece, Julie Harris of Davis.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Peck and Rena Pearl Salter; her husband, Quenton Willis; sister, Nancy Harris; niece, Maria Brown.
