Kathleen Anne Faith-West

Kathleen Anne Faith-West, 66, of Beaufort, passed away Saturday September 5, 2015 at Carteret Health Care in Morehead City. A memorial service will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at Bridgeway Church with Pastor Jack Mumford officiating. She is survived by her daughter, Page West Boudreau and husband, Paul of Beaufort; son, Thomas Michael West of Ellijay, GA; four grandchildren, Jessica West; Lee Michael West; Victoria Boudreau; Garrett Boudreau; three brothers, Jeffrey, Christopher, and Gregory Faith and two great grandchildren. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Preceded in death by her parents, Maurice and Reva Lee Faith; brother, Denise Michael Faith; great granddaughter, Hilary Brooks.
