Leland Gillikin

Leland Gillikin, 80, of Otway, passed away Wednesday June 1, 2016 at the Crystal Coast Hospice House of Newport. Mr. Gillikin was a 32 Degree Scottish Rite Mason and was a 50 year member of Franklin Masonic Lodge. He was self employed as a farmer and carpenter. A funeral service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday at Otway Christian Church with Pastor Jack Mumford officiating. A private burial will take place at the Vernon Gillikin Family Cemetery. He is survived by his two daughters, Wendy Burke and husband, Lonnie of Otway; Susan Anschultz and husband, Kenny of Bradford, AR; two granddaughters, Cathy Kellum Griffin and husband, Brent of Newport; Chrissy Kellum Smith and husband, Duane of Otway; grandson, Zac Anschultz and wife, Montana of Bradford, AR; great grandchildren, Ravyn and Cayden Kellum of Otway; Kendall Griffin of Newport; brother, Phil Gillikin of TN; niece, Thressa Taylor of Otway; and a multiple of other nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, Vernon and Mary Gillikin; wife, Sylvia Rose Gillikin; daughter, Melissa Lee Gillikin; sister, Mary Elizabeth Gillikin.
