Obituary Linda Styron Goodwin, 81, of Cedar Island, passed away on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at CarolinaEast Medical Center in New Bern. Memorial Service will be 2:00 p.m. Friday July 16, 2021 at Cedar Island United Methodist Church, with Rev. David Adams officiating. Linda was preceded in death by her husband, Perry Goodwin, Jr; daughter, Amy Willis and brother, William Herbert Styron. She is survived by her son, Chris Goodwin; boyfriend, Ray Cotterman; grandchildren, Taryn Shephard, Patience Willis and Jackson Wells Goodwin. She is also survived by one great great grandchild, Daily Shephard, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and special friends.
