Linda Jalain Harris, 69, of Newport, passed away Wednesday September 28, 2016 at her home. The family will celebrate her life privately. She is survived by her four daughters, Ruth McGrath of Leland; Luanne Hannah of Peletier; Tammy Harris of Rock Hill, SC; Sherry Elliott of Morganton, NC; seven grandchildren and three great grandchildren; sister, Faye Smit of Beaufort, SC; brother, Wren Harris Jr. of Columbus, GA.
