Loy Joseph Pitner

Loy J. Pitner, 60, of Jacksonville, passed away December 1, 2017 at Lower Cape Fear Hospice of Wilmington, NC. A service will be held at a later date. Mr. Pitner sold cars all of his life and was an avid pool player. He is survived by his brother, Paul "Chico" Pitner of Newport. He was preceded in death by his parents, Dan and Dell Pitner and brother, Phillip Fedor. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Noe Funeral Service, Inc.
