Obituary Maggie Smith, 79, of Morehead City, passed away on Thursday, January 25, 2018 at Harborview Nursing Home in Morehead City, NC. Mrs. Smith was a lifelong member of Christian Star Church of Morehead City. She worked in housekeeping for various hotels in Carteret County. A graveside service will be held 11:00 AM Monday at Greenwood Cemetery of Morehead City. She is survived by her son, Larry Smith of Newport; three daughters, Deborah Smith of Lorain, OH; Shirley Smith of Ashville, NC; Delphine Smith of Baltimore, MD; six grandchildren; two great granddaughters.
