Margie Jewel Mendoza

Margie Jewel Riemer Mendoza, 69, of Bettie, passed away on November 22nd, while visiting her family in Texas. Mrs. Mendoza was a member of Woodville Baptist Church of Bettie. A memorial service will be held 6:00 PM Wednesday January 18, 2017 at Woodville Baptist Church with Rev. Terry D. McInnis officiating. She is survived by her daughter, Vicki Conklin of Rockwall, TX; grandson, Michael Conklin of Rockwall, TX; also surviving are her four sisters and four brothers. She was preceded in death by her parents, Marjorie and Colonel Wilbert Riemer, USAF (Ret); brother, Richard Riemer; and her husband, Lupe Mendoza. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Woodville Baptist Church, Children Fund, 450 Hwy 70 East, Beaufort, NC 28516.
