Obituary Marie Henry Wade, 64, of Beaufort, passed away on Wednesday, November 14, 2019 at home surrounded by family. Marie Wade was known as 'QUEEN' to many people and she was nothing short of being a Queen!!! A funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 16, 2019 at Mt Zion Missionary Baptist Church in Beaufort with Rev. Curtis O. Donald officiating. Burial will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, November 18, 2019 at Ocean View Cemetery in Beaufort. Mrs. Wade is survived by seven sisters, Odessa Reels of Merrimon; Rev. Annie Henry of Beaufort; Flossie Hines of Virginia; Ethel Baybora of Havelock; Louvenia Henry of Beaufort; Pearl Henry of Beaufort; Kathy Ann Stancil of Virginia; two brothers, George Henry of Beaufort; Frankie Henry of Virginia; brothers-in-law, Tony Thompson; Darry Thompson; sisters-in-law, Yvonne Henry; Rosa Simmons; Karen Thompson; and two special friends, James Bryant, Jr.; and Lawrence Sutton. She was preceded in death by her parents, Elvin H. and Olive D. Henry, Sr.; husband, Melvin E. Wade; and two brothers, Elvin H. Henry, Jr.; Eddie F. Henry.
