Obituary Norma Lucille Taylor, 81, of Sea Level passed away on Sunday, May 20, 2018 at Harborview Nursing Home of Morehead City. A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday at Harkers Island Pentecostal Holiness Church with Pastor Dell Murphy and Pastor Terry McInnis officiating. Burial will follow at Nelson Bay Cemetery of Sea Level. She is survived by her daughter, Jennifer Taylor of Otway; granddaughter, Kayla Taylor of Otway; stepdaughter, Kimberly Sorey of Atlantic; sister, Ann Culpepper of Beaufort. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Georgia Taylor; husband, Colon Taylor; son, Darrell Taylor and three brothers.
