Norwood "Naughty Boy" Willis, Sr., 75, of Morehead City, passed away Wednesday October 28, 2015 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City. A graveside service will be held 2:00 PM Friday at Bayview Cemetery in Morehead City. He is survived by his three sons, Norwood Willis, Jr. and wife, Vicki of Beaufort; Stacy P. Willis and wife, Debbie of Crab Point; Henry Willis and wife, Valerie of Bettie; sister, Connie Hall of Morehead City; five grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his wife, Melba T. Willis.
