Phillip 'Phil' Isaac Walker

Obituary Phillip "Phil" Isaac Walker, 62 of Morehead City passed away on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Vidant Medical Center of Greenville. The family will honor Phils wishes by not having a funeral service. Phil was a loving husband, Dad, and Peepaw. He loved nothing more than being on or near the water. Phil was passionate about his coastal community and environment. As a strong proponent for commercial fishermen he advocated and campaigned for their sustainability throughout the years. He is survived by his wife, Carol Walker of Morehead City; daughter, Lindsay Melody Walker of Beaufort; son, Charles "Chuck" Lee Walker and wife, Niki of Beaufort; two grandsons, Chad and Keller Walker of Beaufort; sister, Linda Gammon and husband, Kenny of Reidsville, and his special loving aunt, Maggie Walker of Reidsville. He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Ruth Walker; aunt, Lucille Walker; granddaughter, Saylor Walker.
