Obituary Remembering the Life of Richard "Billy" Williams Richard William Williams, 44, died May 11th, 2018 at Carteret Health Care in Morehead City, North Carolina. Richard was born October 2nd, 1973 to Diane Williams. He was a loving person that could light up a room with his smile. He always kept a positive attitude and encouraged others around him to do the same. He was a family man that loved his entire family, most importantly, his Mother, Grandmother and Aunt. Richard is survived by his Mother, Diane Williams; Daughter, Hattie M. Graham; Two sons, Christopher Williams and Kevin Williams; Stepson, Jose Alcaraz; His Aunt, Barbara Pickle; Cousin, Joshua Pickle and his wife, Loni Pickle. He was preceded in death by his Grandmother, Dorothy Beaufort; Grandfather, Willy Williams; Great Grandparents Rachel and Preston Beaufort; Aunt, Patricia McAllister. A service will be held for him at Faith Tabernacle of Praise in Beaufort, North Carolina on Sunday May 20th at 4pm.
