Sandy Hiney

Sandy Hiney, 62, of Cape Carteret passed away September 10, 2017 at her home. Sandy made a living cleaning homes in the Emerald Isle and Cape Carteret area. A private burial will take place at the Coastal Carolina State Veterans Cemetery of Jacksonville. She is survived by her son, Jesse Hiney of Washington, DC; mother, Gladys Neubaum of Beaufort; sister, Anita Neubaum of Beaufort. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lonnie Lee Hiney.
