Sherry Lorrine Scott

Sherry Gillikin Scott, 58, of Harkers Island, passed away Saturday August 13, 2016. Mrs. Gillikin was a member of Otway Free Will Baptist Church. A funeral service will be held 7:00 PM Thursday at Bridgeway Church of Beaufort with Pastor Wilbur Hall officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. She is survived by her son, Mickey Dixon of Otway; three grandchildren, Chase Dixon, Chandler Dixon, and Zackery Fulcher; four sisters, Teresa Gillikin of Otway; Vickie Guthrie of Otway; Debbie Wade of Otway; Lisa Block of Cape Carteret; two brothers, Michael Gillikin of Morehead City; Wayne Gillikin of Otway. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Melva Gillikin and her husband, Teddy Scott. Flowers are welcome or memorial cards may be sent to the familys home at 348 Crow Hill Rd.
