Obituary Stephen 'Steve' Osborne, 76, of Beaufort, passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2023 at home. Family and friends will hold a private event to scatter his ashes Tuesday, May 16, 2023. Steve was born in Sheffield West Yorkshire, England on the 14th of September 1946. He was the oldest child of Peggy and Keith Osborne. Steve went to Oxford University in England and gained his degrees in languages. After graduating he became a high powered and successful businessman. He met and fell in love with his American wife Pam in Newmarket England. They were married until Pams death in 2018. Steve loved dogs and riding horses, becoming proficient in riding and jumping many of his own horses. He also enjoyed golf and socializing in the local pubs. Steve and Pam traveled the world together experiencing such fun times such as a safari on the African continent. Moving from England they settled in Beaufort where, after Pams passing, Steve remained living with his faithful dog and companion, Abbey.
