Obituary Timothy Allen Ratigan, 61, of Newport passed away Sunday, July 15, 2018 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City. Timothy worked for Greenville Ready Mixed Concrete, he enjoyed fishing and riding motorcycles. He liked things his way, it was his way or the highway. The family will celebrate his life privately. He is survived by his son, Mark Anthony Ratigan of Fallbrook, CA; daughter, Danielle Ratigan of Fallbrook, CA; three grandchildren, Ariana, Briana, and Billy; two brothers, Terry Ratigan of Wildomar, CA; Michael Ratigan of Virginia Beach, VA.
