Obituary Timothy Daniel Reels, 53, of Beaufort, passed away Friday, March 13, 2020 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at Bridgeway Church with Pastor William Ellison officiating. Burial will follow at the Reels Chapel Cemetery in Merrimon. Due to the ongoing health concerns with the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Noe Funeral Service strongly recommends those most at risk: older adults and people with severe chronic medical conditions, and those with weakened immune systems as well of those who may be experiencing symptoms of Covid-19 to please not attend the service. Per executive order of the State of NC as of March 17, 2020 services will be limited to no more than 100. He is survived by his daughter, Shaquita Godette of Havelock; three sons, Marques Oden of Beaufort; Timothy Daniel Reels Jr. of Havelock; Tyquan Oden of Beaufort; four grandchildren: Timyrah Johnson, Treyquan Oden, Ty'mani Oden, Hakeem Gaskill; his mother, Mary Lee Reels of Beaufort; three sisters, Loupearl Henry of New Bern; Mary Reels of Beaufort; Nora Reels of Beaufort; two brothers, Jimmy Reels of Beaufort; Michael McGathey of Beaufort.
