Obituary Vernon "Vern" Farrell Fox, 59, of Otway, passed away Thursday, June 13, 2019 at Carteret Health Care. Vern was a commercial fisherman and loved the water, clams, and oysters. A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM Tuesday at Bridgeway Church of Beaufort with Rev. Marion Bell-Hill officiating. The family will receive friends following the service. He is survived by his son, Nathaniel Fox of Monroe, GA; son, Brian Gray of CO; and daughter, Tiffany Marie Fox of NY; father, William Arnold and companion, Melinda Grimes; four sisters, Tina and husband, Johnny Sheffield of Vance, SC; Tami Cooper and ex-husband, Jimmy of Otway; Cindy and husband, Mark Johnson of Newport; Angel Arnold and companion, Danny Garner of Mill Creek; Brother, William Lawrence and spouse, Ivan Negron of Celebration, FL; aunt and uncle, Nadine and James Styron of Davis; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
