Obituary Vicki Swartz, 72, of Beaufort passed away Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Carteret Health Care of Morehead City. She enjoyed working at both Capt. Bills and Boaters World before becoming a full time caregiver. The family will celebrate her life privately. She is survived by her daughter, Shannon Swartz of Beaufort; four grandchildren and two great grandchildren; sister, Nancy Ophile of Vanceboro. She is preceded in death by her parents, William and Irene Shannon and her son, Steven Humphrey.
