William Davis, Jr.

William Davis, Jr., 67, of Beaufort, passed away on Tuesday, December 26, 2017 at Carolina East Medical Center in New Bern. He was born on February 22, 1950 in Beaufort, NC to the late William Davis, Sr. and the late Thelma Prichard Murrell; and step-father McCline Murrell. He was a member of Faith Tabernacle of Praise Church. William attended East Carteret High School and later joined the Job Corps. He worked as a fisherman at the local fish houses. A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00AM on Tuesday, January 2, 2018 at Bridgeway Church in Beaufort with Bishop Donald Crooms officiating. Entombment will follow at Faith Tabernacle of Praise Church Cemetery located on Merrimon Rd.
